We are seeking a skilled and experienced Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. As an Associate Dentist, you will work alongside our team of dental professionals to provide exceptional oral healthcare services to our patients. Your main responsibilities will include performing a variety of dental procedures, demonstrating excellent communication skills, and utilizing your soft skills to ensure patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Conducting dental examinations and assessments of patients' oral health
- Performing basic dental procedures, such as class 2 composites, basic non-complicated tooth preps, RCT's up to 1st molars, impression making, firm anterior tooth extraction, mobile posterior tooth extraction, and suturing
- Assisting with the development and implementation of comprehensive treatment plans
- Educating patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive dental care
- Collaborating with the dental team to provide coordinated and efficient dental services
- Maintaining accurate and thorough patient records
- Upholding strict infection control protocols and ensuring a safe and clean dental environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience.
- Proficiency in basic dental procedures, including class 2 composites, basic non-complicated tooth preps, RCT's up to 1st molars,



impression making, firm anterior tooth extraction, mobile posterior tooth extraction, and suturing
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues
- Strong soft skills, including empathy, active listening, and the ability to put patients at ease
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn and adapt to computer-based systems
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn current techniques, technologies, and dental software
