Associate Full Stack Developer

Job Summary The Associate Full Stack Developer is responsible for building the next generation web applications. The candidate will work closely with project stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their needs, conceptualize, as well as facilitate discussions and design sessions to create cutting-edge and user-friendly products.

Essential Job Functions

- Participate in an agile software development life cycle under the guidance of the team manager.
- Write, translate, and code software programs and applications according to specifications.
- Design and build core frameworks on SOA/Boomi, Node.JS, shared services, NPM packages, and RESTful APIs.
- Development using AI tools like GitHub CoPilot and working with Oracle SQL and MongoDB.
- Document and build unit tests for the code.
- Document and follow best design and development practices.
- Work with stakeholders during the requirement gathering and acceptance testing process.
- Duties, responsibilities, and activities may be assigned or changed from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, equivalent degree or experience in lieu of degree preferred.
- Knowledge of Full stack (NodeJS & VuE JS) and other frameworks.




- Experience in developing web applications (RESTful, Web Services).
- Experience with JavaScript, SQL, HTML, CSS, LESS, SASS.
- High-level understanding of web technologies such as REST, HTTP, JSON.
- Experience with NoSQL Database.
- Experience using Bootstrap or similar responsive framework.
- Experience writing unit and integration tests.
- Flexibility to work collaboratively with a team while also managing individual projects.
- Familiar with development tools such as cross-compilation, source revision control (GIT), bug tracking (JIRA), and JTAG debuggers.
- Exposure to relational databases is a plus.
- Evaluate and advocate the use of various Open-Source technologies and third party solutions.
- Proficient in multi-tasking and managing multiple projects.
- Able to work in a projects-based, team environment.
- Goal driven, highly motivated, with a desire to take the lead.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities as well as flexibility to adapt to change with new systems and methods while working in a team environment.
