Your responsibilities

- Client Delivery & Advisory
- - Lead PMO strategy and implementation for large government or private sector capital programs.
- Advise clients on governance frameworks, project controls, and performance metrics.
- Drive digital enablement through tools like Primavera, MS Project, Power BI, and ERP integrations.

- Leadership & Team Management
- - Manage cross-functional consulting teams across geographies and service lines.
- Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with Partners and Directors to shape go-to-market strategies.

- Business Development
- - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within capital projects and infrastructure.
- Lead proposal development, client presentations, and contract negotiations.




- Build long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders.

- Thought Leadership
- - Represent the firm at industry forums, conferences, and client events.
- Contribute to white papers, case studies, and market insights on capital project delivery.

Key skills required:

- 12+ years of experience in capital projects, infrastructure consulting, or project management.
- Proven track record in PMO leadership for large-scale capital programs.
- Strong understanding of project controls, risk management, and digital tools.
- Experience in a Big 4 or top-tier consulting environment preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field; MBA or PMP preferred.

Preferred Skills:

- Expertise in tools like Oracle Primavera, SAP, MS Project, and Power BI.
- Familiarity with ESG, sustainability, and regulatory frameworks in capital projects.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, matrixed consulting environment.
