Scale Healthcare ( India )
India
Company Description Scale Healthcare was founded in 2019 to focus exclusively on managing revenue cycle for complex, multisite healthcare organizations. The company was created by experienced healthcare operators who spent more than a decade and a half rebuilding billing functions, advising MSOs, and solving RCM breakdowns at scale.
Scale
Healthcare is operator-led, specialty-agnostic, and built to handle diverse EHRs, payer mixes, and locations with long-term accountability rather than short-term implementations. The organization has deep institutional knowledge gained from hundreds of client engagements and continues to refine its technology and processes to support clients more effectively. Clients partner with Scale Healthcare because they seek a revenue cycle vendor designed for complexity, reliability, and continuity.
Role Description The Associate Director – RCM (India) is a full time, remote role responsible for overseeing end-to-end revenue cycle operations for multisite healthcare clients. This role includes managing teams that handle patient registration, charge capture, coding, claims submission, payment posting, denials management, and AR follow-up to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
The Associate
Director will monitor key performance indicators, identify process gaps, and implement improvements to optimize collections, reduce denials, and enhance workflow efficiency. This role collaborates closely with U.S.-based leadership, client stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align operational delivery with regulatory requirements,
payer contract expectations, and client service standards.
The Associate
Director is also accountable for workforce planning, training, performance management, and documentation of best practices and SOPs to support consistent, high-quality RCM execution.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with internal leadership and client teams across geographies.
- Experience working in a remote, technology-enabled environment, with proficiency in EHR/PM systems and common RCM tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, finance, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications in RCM or healthcare management are a plus.
- Background in U.S. healthcare outsourcing or BPO/GBS environments, especially within RCM operations, is highly beneficial.
