The foundation convenes governments, civil society organizations, corporate partners, and global philanthropists to accelerate progress toward the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

I2I focuses on designing community-specific development programs, engaging state and corporate stakeholders, strengthening civil society networks, and building impactful partnerships. Its work centers on creating effective, productive, and scalable models for social investment that are tailored to diverse local contexts. Role Summary

We are looking for two Managers to lead proposal development and business research workstreams for the Foundation's engagements with development-sector clients, corporates and government bodies. This is a client-facing, ownership-driven role for a professional from a Big 4 or top-tier consulting background who can independently drive win-themes, structure complex proposals and manage research-led business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of proposals, EOIs, RFPs and concept notes for government, multilateral, corporate CSR and foundation clients





• Own business and sector research to identify opportunities, competitive positioning and pricing strategy

• Structure win themes, technical narratives and value propositions in collaboration with subject-matter experts

• Manage proposal timelines, quality control and compliance with client submission requirements

• Mentor and review the work of Senior Consultants and Consultants on the team

• Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders and partner organisations

• Track sector trends, funding landscapes and donor priorities to inform pipeline strategy

Requirements & Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience in proposal writing, business development or strategy consulting, with prior experience at a Big 4 firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) or equivalent top-tier consulting organisation

• Demonstrated track record of leading and winning large, complex proposals

• Strong analytical, research and business-writing skills

• Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership abilities

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred
