The primary job responsibility of an Associate Customer Pricing is to create customer conditions in the ERP system as requested by the Sales Team, abiding by pricing policies, and providing the required reports. You will work closely with our Sales Representatives and Country Managers to get the renewals of Customer Prices on time and provide accurate and timely reports.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

- Academic: Bachelors degree (mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, or a related field will be preferable)

- Master’s Degree is an added advantage.

CERTIFICATIONS:

- Microsoft Office applications – Excel & MS Access

EXPERIENCE:

- 1 - 2 plus Years Experience with similar job duties

THOSE NECESSARY TO PERFORM THE JOB COMPETENTLY:

- Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and basic in VBA and visualization tools like Power BI, Python will be an added advantage.

- Ability to think analytically, critical thinking skills and quantitative skills.

- Extract pricing information from various sources such as SAP, Databases, and Internal systems.

- Responsible for Creating Customer Conditions in ERP systems, abiding to set policies and procedures.

- Scheduled & On Demand report preparation.

- Ensure tasks/reports are delivered on time and in a clear and concise format.

- Effective communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely.

- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations when handling sensitive information.

- Work on various process documentations when asked to (review, update, edit, translate)
