Job Summary

Associate with 1-2 years of direct corporate finance experience. The role involves supporting transaction execution, financial modelling and strategic advisory for client. This will be an opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to fund raising, M&A;, deal execution and consulting services.

Key responsibilities

a. Deal evaluations, industry & market research

- Prepare deal evaluations on investment opportunities
- Perform in depth industry research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking

b. Pitch decks and client presentations

- Assist in preparing investment memorandums and pitch decks.
- Support client and investor interactions as necessary

c. Transaction execution and due diligence

- Assist in deal execution, due diligence and financial analysis to support ongoing transactions.

d. Develop detailed financial models for private equity,



M&A; transactions. e. Conduct valuation using DCF and comparable company analysis.

f. Consulting services for choosen clients/founders for organization development, business plan preparation, strategy consulting and financial consulting

Qualifications and Skills

a. Education

- Bachelor’s degree in finance/ Inter CA / CFA (US) – Level I, II - Candidates preferred
- 1-2 yrs of experience in corporate finance at a boutique or a mid-market firm.

b. Technical skills

- Robust financial modelling and valuation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Power point and Word
- Familiarity with financial database like Tracxn, Private circle etc.
