Assistant Manager – Sales | Solar & BESS

- Segment: Kusum A, B & C | PM Surya Ghar | Dealers/EPCs | C&I; | IPP/Utility EPCs

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Sales to drive business development and sales across retail, subsidy-driven and project-based solar markets, including Kusum A, B & C, PM Surya Ghar, Solar Dealers/EPCs, C&I; and IPP/Utility EPC segments, with a focus on Solar Modules, Solar Inverters, BESS and Solar Pumps.
- Achieve sales targets through retail sales, dealers, distributors, EPCs, IPPs, developers and institutional clients.
- Develop business opportunities for Solar PV Modules, Solar Inverters, BESS and Solar Pumps.
- Develop and manage dealer, distributor, installer and EPC networks for retail, subsidy and project business.
- Generate and convert enquiries into orders.
- Conduct customer meetings, site visits, presentations and negotiations.




- Identify new business opportunities and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Track market trends, competitor activities and sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical proposals, quotations, orders and execution.

Candidate Profile :

- 5–7 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the solar/renewable-energy industry.
- Experience in Solar PV Modules, Solar Inverters, BESS, Solar Pumps, EPC sales or Channel Sales.
- Strong B2B sales, business development and negotiation skills.
- Experience with dealership/channel network development preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Rajasthan.

Work Profile: 40–50% Field Work | 50–60% Office Work.
