Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition ( Healthcare / hospital recruitment experience preferred. )

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical, medical, nursing, Paramedical and non-clinical positions.
- Source candidates through skilled networks.
- Handle screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, offer and joining processes.
- Develop talent pipelines for doctors, nurses and critical healthcare positions.
- Coordinate with HODs and department heads for manpower requirements and timely vacancy closure.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, HRIS and hiring dashboards.
- Initiate & spearhead campus recruitment drives and employer branding activities.

Qualification: MSW, MBA/PGDM in HR preferred. Experience: 68 years in Talent Acquisition, preferably with healthcare/hospital recruitment experience.
