- Assist in managing overall store operations and performance
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and ensure proper replenishment
- Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and compliance standards
- Handle billing, POS operations, and basic reporting
- Support in achieving sales targets and store KPIs
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
- Address customer queries and ensure high service standards
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Tech (Recent pass-out / Fresher)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of operations and retail setting
- Willingness to relocate and work across multiple locations
