Role Description -

1. Responsible for growing sales of enzymes to textile processing mills and garment washing units.
2. Prepare and achieve the sales budget for the assigned region.
3. Maintain existing sales and identify and develop new customers.
4. Identify new distributors and manage the current channel partners and distribution network.
5. Conduct commercial trials at the client’s site and resolve technical queries.
6. Prepare and submit monthly reports, sales plans,



and other relevant reports in a timely manner.

Requirements -

1. Experience in the sales of textile chemicals to processing houses, garment washing units and textile mills.
2. Thorough understanding of the textile market.
3. Ability to analyze and understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
4. Experience in sales planning, budget preparation and presentation, and prioritization.
5. Strong working relationships with distributors and customers in the assigned region.
6. Fluent in spoken and written English, along with proficiency in the local language.
7. Strong presentation skills, with the ability to develop and deliver compelling value propositions to brands and large processing houses.

Qualifications -

Science graduate or Degree/Diploma in Textile Processing. MBA will be an added advantage
