We’re looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, enhance customer experiences, and help lead our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily store operations, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with families and children.
- Help manage inventory and visual merchandising to showcase our products.
- Train and support staff in a positive, encouraging manner.
- Handle sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in planning promotions and events to attract customers.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Retail experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
