Role & responsibilities

- Assist in managing daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.

- Support in achieving monthly sales targets and improving store performance.

- Supervise store staff, allocate daily tasks, and monitor productivity.

- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer queries or complaints efficiently.

- Maintain proper stock levels, coordinate inventory management, and avoid stock discrepancies.

- Monitor product display and ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained.

- Handle billing, cash management, POS operations, and daily sales reporting.

- Ensure store hygiene, cleanliness, and overall presentation standards.

- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for stock replenishment.





- Track customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.

- Support hiring, training, and onboarding of store staff when required.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational processes.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in handling a retail team and managing customer-facing operations.

- Robust understanding of inventory management and store sales processes.

- Good communication and team management skills.

- Hands-on experience with billing software/POS systems.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

- Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills.
