Sales Manager Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the team in improving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.

- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent results.

- Set individual and team sales goals and monitor progress regularly.

- Identify new customers, markets, and business opportunities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Conduct regular sales reviews and provide performance feedback to team members.

- Track sales activities, revenue, and market trends and prepare reports for management.

- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and other departments to support business objectives.

- Handle important client discussions, negotiations, and commercial requirements.

- Monitor competitor activities and changing customer preferences.





- Train and develop team members to improve their sales skills and productivity.

- Ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

- 3–7 years of experience in sales, with relevant team-handling experience.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.

- Good understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.

- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.

- Ability to analyze sales data and make practical business decisions.

- Willingness to travel when required.
