Position: Assistant Project Manager – HVAC/MEP

Locations: Mumbai | Pune | Noida | Chennai

Experience: 5+ Years

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 5+ years of total experience.
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC/MEP project site execution.
- Strong site execution experience is mandatory.
- Design-only and project coordination profiles are not suitable.
- Experience in Data Centre projects is preferred.
- Strong candidates from Industrial Projects may also be considered.
- Mandatory experience in Project Budgeting, Vendor Management, and Subcontractor Handling.
- Experience in PMC/Consultant Coordination and Client Interaction.
- Knowledge of project quality standards, health & safety regulations, and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of Project Pace will be an added advantage.
- Advanced Excel skills are not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities




- Manage and oversee HVAC/MEP project execution at site.
- Ensure projects are completed within the planned timeline, budget, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, PMC, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Handle project budgeting, vendor management, and subcontractor activities.
- Monitor installation quality, safety compliance, and project execution standards.
- Identify irregularities and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Improve project efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹22,647.77 - ₹79,824.93 per month
