Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor daily production activities to achieve targets and delivery schedules.
- Manage manpower and production resources for optimum productivity.
- Monitor production, inventory, wastage, and material utilization.
- Coordinate with Quality, Planning, Stores, and other departments to resolve production issues.
- Ensure smooth manufacturing processes and adherence to quality standards.
Job Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in the textile or apparel industry, preferably in production management.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, manpower handling, and manufacturing processes.
- Positive leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
