Assistant Merchandiser | NS Creations Pvt. Ltd. | Noida, Sector 68

We are hiring an Assistant Merchandiser to join our team at NS Creations, a home textiles manufacturing and export house based in Noida Sector 68. We work with buyers across Brazil, Australia, North America, Europe, and the Middle East, supplying bedding, cushions, throws, curtains, and chair pads.

Experience required: 2-3 years in merchandising, preferably in home textiles export houses.

What you will do:

- Manage order execution from buyer confirmation to shipment, coordinating with production, quality, and logistics teams
- Track order status, TNA (time and action) calendars, and follow up on delays
- Prepare and maintain costings, order sheets, and shipment documentation
- Communicate directly with international buyers on order updates, sampling,



and approvals
- Coordinate sample development with the design and sampling team
- Support compliance and documentation requirements specific to each buyer or market

What we are looking for:

- Solid follow-up and coordination skills, comfortable managing multiple orders at once
- Working knowledge of Excel and basic export documentation
- Clear written and spoken communication for buyer-facing correspondence
- Immediate joiners preferred (But not necessarily a requirement)

Location: Noida Sector 68 (work from office)
