Role Description The Assistant Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at The Shalimar Hotel in Mumbai. This role supports the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to strengthen brand visibility and drive room and F&B; revenue.

Responsibilities include coordinating with external agencies, managing social media and website content, overseeing promotional materials, and tracking campaign performance and ROI. The person in this role collaborates closely with sales, operations, and front office teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and timely promotion of events, offers,



and partnerships.

Manager also assists with market research, competitor analysis, and reporting to inform strategic decisions and enhance guest engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in marketing planning, campaign coordination, and brand management.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms, including content creation and analytics.
- Ability to develop clear, engaging written and visual communication for various marketing channels.
- Experience in market research, data analysis, and reporting to measure and improve marketing performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in hospitality or lifestyle brands is advantageous.
