About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, hands-on and execution-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to drive bulk recruitment for our rapidly expanding optical retail network.

This is not a desk-based HR role. The position requires extensive on-ground hiring, travelling to different locations, building local talent pipelines and closing positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Drive bulk recruitment of store sales staff and frontline retail employees.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Store Sales Executives, Store Managers and other retail positions.

Conduct on-ground / field hiring through local networks, walk-ins, institutes, referrals and other sourcing channels.

Travel extensively across cities and towns for recruitment drives and hiring requirements.

Build strong local talent pipelines for current store launches and existing stores.

Work closely with Area / Regional Managers to understand manpower requirements and deliver hiring within agreed timelines.

Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews and coordinate selection and joining.





Track recruitment TAT, joining ratios, dropouts and other hiring metrics.

Build and develop local recruitment networks and, with business growth, build and lead a team of recruiters.

Key Requirements

Mandatory: Optical / Eyewear Industry experience.

Minimum 5 years of experience in bulk / volume recruitment.

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience specifically in optical industry hiring.
- Strong experience in hiring store sales staff / frontline retail employees.
- Proven on-ground / field recruitment experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly energetic, charged-up, aggressive and target-oriented.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to work with tight timelines and recruitment targets.
- Must be willing to travel extensively and enjoy working on the ground.
- Strong candidate engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple hiring requirements across locations.
- MBA / PG in HR preferred.
