About the Role

India Infrastructure Publishing is looking for a dynamic, target-driven Assistant Manager/Manager - Sales to drive revenue growth for our conferences and events business.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, research, networking, and outreach.

Build and manage strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.

Sell conference participation, sponsorships, branding, and partnership opportunities.

Prepare impactful sales presentations, proposals, and commercial pitches.

Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Operations teams for seamless event execution.

Track sales pipeline, performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Ensure excellent client servicing before, during, and after events.

Drive repeat business, upselling, and long-term client relationships.





What We’re Looking For

Graduate/Post Graduate/PGDM min 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in conferences, events, media, or B2B sales.

Strong track record of achieving sales targets.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Strong business development and lead-generation abilities.

- Proactive, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
