Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement operational excellence strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions using kaizen principles.
- Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices to minimize downtime, reduce maintenance costs, and improve equipment reliability.
- Analyze data to measure performance metrics such as OEE, TPM scorecard, and other key indicators of success.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in industrial automation or related field.
- Robust understanding of operational excellence concepts including lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and TQM.
- Experience with TPM implementation or certification is an asset.
