Roles & Responsibilities:

- Hands on experience in Continuous process machine and ensure 100% availability of the machine for the production.
- Participate and Initiate Zero Breakdown project & Concepts for the production machines.
- Should have knowledge on PLC programming (Siemens S71200, S71500, WAGA etc.,)
- Have good exposure in HMI and its configuration (Siemens, Mitsubishi) and Industrial PC (Advantech)
- Should have good experience in Servo configuration & VFD (Siemens V90, S120, G120, V20, SEW Mx series, Danfoss, ABB).
- Willingness to handle both Electrical and Mechanical tasks in the machine.
- Work towards achieving Maintenance KPIs like Breakdown hours, Occurrences, PM strike rate, MTTR & MTBF.
- Troubleshooting od Analog based temperature controllers, Pressure sensors, Transducer, LVDT.
- Engage in various level of meetings and Report generation like MIS, Analysis etc.,
- Should have knowledge on Electrical system & its design.
- Have experiences in Pneumatic equipment like actuators, valves, cylinder etc.,
- Recommend and implement preventive maintenance procedures for continuous process machines.
- Expertise in systems ISO 9001:2015 and Safety IMS system (HIRA, Aspect & Impact).
- Knowledge on mechanical system like Hydraulic powerpack, Pumps, Filters, Valves, Conveyors, Gearboxes etc.,
- Perform TBM and CBM maintenance as part of Total Productive Maintenance & Initiatives (TPM).
- Execute AMC visit and Inspection.




- Should have experience in maintaining materials handling equipments (Forklift, BOPT, Hand pallet trolleys).
- Take readings and monitoring of all equipment JH/Autonomous maintenance checklist.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks for production machines as per PM calendar.
- Perform corrective maintenance on equipments/systems as needed.
- Involve and perform calibration of measuring instruments.
- Initiate the purchase of parts, materials, equipment, supplies, in accordance with company procedures and provide technical assistance when required to facilitate such purchases.
- Demonstrates ability to lead projects and/or work groups.
- Responsible for following current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in performing above duties.
- Review and follow up daily with work requested. Strong analytical skill ( Why Why analysis & Fish bone diagram). Root cause analysis tool.
- Identify the high energy consumer and do Energy saving projects.
- Managing Contractors and involve them in the maintenance activities with 100% adherence to safety.

Key Skill :

1. Strong technical knowledge on PLC and Servo systems.
2. Expertise in project management and regulatory compliance.
3. Proficiency in using Maintenance management software and solid analytical skills
4. Certified PLC programming” will be added advantages.
