- Experience in Machine Learning model development and deployment.
- Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, pivots, and automation.
- Solid Power BI dashboard development and visualization skills.
- Knowledge of statistics, predictive modeling, and experimental design.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, NBFC, Credit Risk, Collections, or Customer Analytics. • Exposure to model monitoring, model governance, and production deployment frameworks.
