- Act as a key liaison for stakeholders ensuring effective relationship management and governance.
- Collaborate with team to prepare and update reports, performance dashboards, and monthly leadership snapshots.
- Prepare and analyze reports and key metrics related to financials, workforce, capacity, and operational performance.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency and alignment across multiple reporting platforms through stakeholder coordination.

- Approval &
- Reporting, KYC documentation for Customer Risk, Data Analysis and Sanctions Screening.
- Develop a strong governance monitoring and reporting framework for process level readiness on a periodical basis.
- Maintain the Business Continuity Management (BCM) program including regular reviews, updates to documentation and related procedures for respective process.
- Solid communication and presentation skills
- Ability to articulate and influence stakeholder / customers is a critical requirement
- Ability to meet aggressive deadlines
