Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts with strong hands-on experience in Zoho Books and Zoho Expense. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience working on Zoho Books/Zoho Expense, along with solid knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), accounting operations, and finance compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting activities using Zoho Books and Zoho Expense.
- Manage bank reconciliations, invoicing, vendor payments, AP and AR.
- Record, review, and maintain accounting transactions in Zoho Books.
- Manage vendor invoices, payments, receivables, and related accounting activities.
- Prepare accounting reports and support monthly closing activities.
- Assist in preparation of MIS and financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with applicable finance, accounting, taxation, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for finance-related matters.




- Identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution of accounting issues.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of overall experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Zoho Books and Zoho Expense - mandatory.
- Strong experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Positive understanding of finance and accounting compliance.
- Experience in bank reconciliation, invoicing, vendor payments, and month-end closing.
- Experience in MIS preparation and financial reporting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day finance operations.
