ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, supervise and monitor feed production to achieve targets with optimum utilization of resources.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations across all shifts.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, quality, safety and statutory requirements.
- Monitor production efficiency, yield, wastage, machine performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze reports, maintain MIS and present key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores and Dispatch for seamless plant operations.
- Train, guide and motivate team members while promoting safety and discipline.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM and cost optimization initiatives.
