Job Summary: /n We are looking for an employee experience & internal communications skilled who will play a key role in creating a positive, engaging, and connected workplace. You will be responsible for designing and executing employee engagement initiatives, driving internal communication, strengthening organizational culture and values, and enhancing overall employee experience. /n Key Responsibilities: /n Employee Experience /n /n

- Design and execute the annual employee engagement calendar.

/n

- Partner with HRBPs, L&D;, Talent Acquisition and business teams on employee experience initiatives.

/n

- Track employee experience metrics such as engagement, participation, satisfaction, retention and eNPS.

/n

- Plan and conduct engagement activities, events, campaigns, and employee connect initiatives.

/n

- Design and execute employee experience initiatives across the employee lifecycle.

/n

- Manage employee engagement programs, campaigns and activities.

/n

- Conduct employee pulse surveys, engagement surveys and feedback mechanisms.

/n

- Analyse employee feedback and identify key experience gaps.

/n

- Promote recognition and appreciation programs.

/n

- Manage event vendors, budgets, timelines,



and logistics.

/n /n Internal Communication /n /n

- Develop action plans to improve engagement, culture, communication and retention.

/n

- Create engaging communication for employees across email, WhatsApp, intranet, newsletters, town halls, and other channels.

/n

- Draft leadership communications, announcements, campaigns, and employee updates.

/n

- Maintain communication calendars and ensure timely publishing.

/n

- Drive initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and values.

/n

- Develop monthly/quarterly engagement dashboards.

/n

- Measure initiatives through metrics such as participation, satisfaction, communication reach, and employee sentiment.
