Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager - Accounts Finalization- Navi Mumbai.

Role & responsibilities :

1. Financial Finalisation & Reporting

Prepare and finalise consolidated and standalone financial statements in compliance with Ind AS.

Own and review the Trial Balance, ensuring accuracy of GL balances and overall ledger hygiene.

Drive monthly, quarterly and annual book closure within defined timelines.

Perform key reconciliations and ensure timely closure of open items.

Prepare and review Non-Controlling Interest, FCTR, Inter Company Elimintations, Consolidated Cash Flow Statements, Segment Reporting and related workings in Consolidated Financials.

2. Accounting Governance & Compliance

Ensure accounting policies, disclosures and financial reporting are aligned with applicable requirements under the Companies Act, SEBI Regulations and other relevant regulatory requirements.

Ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Regulations, FEMA and other applicable statutory requirements relevant to an IPO-bound organization.

Strengthen accounting processes, documentation and financial governance.

3. Intercompany & Group Reconciliation

Manage Related Party Transactions, intercompany reconciliations across Group Companies.

Investigate and resolve variances within defined timelines.





Ensure completeness and accuracy of intercompany balances during financial closure.

4. Audit & Internal Controls

Coordinate with Statutory, Internal and Tax Auditors for timely completion of audits, quarterly reviews and certifications.

Ensure audit-ready schedules, reconciliations and supporting documentation.

Develop and strengthen internal controls and accounting processes in line with practices expected of listed companies.

Drive timely closure of audit observations.

5. Process Improvement & Automation

Identify opportunities to improve and automate financial reporting and closing processes.

Drive standardisation and documentation of finance processes.

Improve accuracy, controls and TAT through stronger systems and processes.

6. Business & Management Support

Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making.

Support finance leadership on information requirements relating to recent initiatives.

Preferred Candidate:

Education - CA Post Qualification Experience

Experience - 3-10 Years Post Qualification Experience into Core Accounts Team and Preparation of Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements of manufactuting industries
