JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage sales and operations of multiple jewellery showrooms.
- Achieve regional sales targets and drive business growth.
- Lead, motivate and coordinate Managers & Executives.
- Monitor showroom performance, sales targets and KPIs.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities.
- Support recent showroom expansion and business development.
- Coordinate with Management, HR and other departments.
- Ensure company policies, SOPs and operational standards are followed.




- Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports to Management.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

- 15 to 20 years of managerial experience in the Jewellery Industry Mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Gold, Silver & Diamond Jewellery.
- Proven experience in handling multiple jewellery showrooms.
- Strong leadership, communication, team management and decision-making skills.
