Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Floor Manager in managing day-to-day floor operations.

- Supervise and guide sales staff and ensure proper staff deployment.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Monitor customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.

- Ensure products are properly displayed, replenished, priced, and tagged.

- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the stock/inventory team.

- Conduct regular floor walks to maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising.

- Support billing and checkout operations during peak hours.

- Monitor shrinkage, damages, pilferage, and inventory discrepancies.

- Train and motivate team members on product knowledge and selling techniques.

- Prepare or assist with daily sales and operational reports.

- Ensure company SOPs, safety standards, and store policies are followed.

- Support opening and closing procedures of the store.

- Coordinate with the Store Manager, warehouse, security, and other departments.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
