Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the organization.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, including Income Tax, TDS, Transfer Pricing, and GST.
- Oversee internal control processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.
- Coordinate audits and resolve any issues that may arise during statutory compliance.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience as an Assistant Finance Manager or similar role.
- Solid knowledge of income tax, TDS, transfer pricing, GST, and other relevant taxes.
- Experience with audit management systems and procedures is essential.
