Strategica Consultancies is hiring an Assistant Field Manager to lead and support our political field operations across Maharashtra.

If you are passionate about Maharashtra politics, understand how elections work at the village, ward, and booth level, and prefer working on the ground rather than behind a desk, this role is for you. You will lead field teams, interact directly with voters and local stakeholders, and turn real-time ground realities into actionable political strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Field Operations & Team Leadership: Lead, train, and manage field surveyors and associates across designated constituencies to ensure accurate, timely data collection.
- Ground & Political Intelligence: Track local political developments, opposition movements, caste and community dynamics, and key voter pain points.
- Network Building: Connect with local influencers, booth-level workers (karyakartas), community leaders, and local institutions.
- Public Sentiment Tracking: Conduct continuous field interactions to read voter mood, verify survey inputs, and catch emerging electoral trends early.
- Campaign & Strategy Execution:



Assist the core strategy team in rolling out constituency-level campaigns, outreach programs, and booth-level action plans.
- Reporting & Briefings: Translate raw ground feedback into structured daily and weekly field intelligence briefings for leadership.

What We Are Looking For
- Political Acumen: A natural, deep interest in Maharashtra politics, regional dynamics, and election mechanics.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Marathi is mandatory (reading, speaking, and listening to local dialects). Valuable working knowledge of Hindi or English.
- Field-Ready Mindset: Comfortable traveling across rural and urban assembly constituencies, meeting diverse groups, and working long hours during election cycles.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to separate ground reality from political noise and understand what voters actually care about.
- Leadership & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to manage field teams and strike meaningful conversations with people on the ground.
