Role & responsibilities

( Candidates currently working in Sri City should not be considered. )

- Handle electrical injection moulding machines such as Nissei, JSW, Sumitomo and FANUC.
- Perform machine & mould setup and optimize process parameters.
- Troubleshoot moulding defects and reduce rejection and downtime.
- Handle hot runner, cold runner and multi-cavity moulds.
- Support current mould trials and process validation.
- Monitor OEE, cycle time, production and rejection.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Tool Room and Quality teams.
- Handle Wittmann / Yushin robots for part pick & place.
- Manage plastic materials such as ABS, PP, Nylon and PC.
- Operate/support auxiliaries like MTC, Dryer, Granulator and Central Conveying System.
