Job Title: Assistant / Deputy Engineer - Tool Room

:

We are looking for a dynamic Assistant / Deputy Engineer Responsible for Manufacturing of recent injection moulds.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manufacture new injection moulds as per engineering drawings and specifications.
- Assemble, fit, and trial mould components to ensure proper functionality.
- Repair, modify, and maintain existing moulds to minimize production downtime.
- Operate tool room machines such as milling, lathe, surface grinder, drilling, and EDM machines.
- Perform precision fitting, polishing, grinding, and bench work.
- Inspect mould components using Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, dial indicators, and other precision measuring instruments.
- Troubleshoot mould-related problems and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, and Quality teams during mould trials and validation.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and ensure moulds are available for production as required.
- Maintain records and documentation related to mould maintenance, repairs, modifications, and trials.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of tools, machines, and equipment.
- Follow Safety, 5S, quality standards, and company policies.
