Assistant – Brand & Communications

Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai

We are looking for an Assistant – Brand & Communications to support our brand-building, communication, social media and marketing activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a creative mindset and an understanding of branding and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing and executing brand communication strategies.
- Manage and coordinate social media content and communications.
- Create and coordinate content for Instagram, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Assist with brand campaigns, promotions and marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams, designers and external agencies.
- Prepare presentations, communication materials and marketing content.
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual communication.
- Track social media and campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
- Support PR,



events and other brand-related activities.
- Research market trends, competitors and relevant brand opportunities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, Branding or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in branding, communications, marketing or social media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Good content-writing and presentation skills.
- Creative, proactive and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and other content/design tools will be an advantage.

Compensation ₹40,000 per month
