We are looking for an experienced Asset Management / Endpoint Analyst to manage IT hardware and software assets, endpoint devices, inventory, compliance, and lifecycle activities. The candidate will work closely with IT infrastructure, security, procurement, and service desk teams to ensure effective endpoint management and asset governance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete IT asset lifecycle from procurement and deployment to retirement and disposal.

Maintain accurate inventory of laptops, desktops, mobile devices, servers, peripherals, and software licenses.

Perform asset discovery, reconciliation, tagging, tracking, and audits.

Monitor endpoint compliance and ensure devices meet organizational security standards.

Support Windows endpoint management, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting.

Manage device enrollment, provisioning, and policy deployment using endpoint management tools.

Track asset ownership, location, warranty, lease, refresh, and replacement information.

Identify and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and asset management databases.

Support software license tracking, compliance, and optimization.

Generate asset management reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics.

Coordinate with vendors and procurement teams for hardware purchases, replacements, warranty claims, and returns.





Ensure proper decommissioning and secure disposal of end-user devices.

Maintain accurate records in ServiceNow / CMDB or other IT asset management platforms.

Support IT audits, compliance reviews, and security assessments.

Collaborate with Service Desk, Desktop Support, Cybersecurity, Network, and Infrastructure teams.

Required Skills Solid experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) / Endpoint Management.

Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 endpoint administration.

Experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager.

Knowledge of SCCM/MECM is preferred.

Experience with ServiceNow ITAM / CMDB.

Good understanding of hardware and software asset lifecycle management.

Knowledge of endpoint security, patch management, and compliance.

Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID.

Good knowledge of PowerShell scripting is an advantage.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Good documentation, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

Experience with SCCM, Intune, Autopilot, Jamf, Tanium, BigFix, or similar endpoint tools.

Knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB.

ITIL certification.

Experience with software license management / SAM.

Understanding of endpoint security tools such as Defender for Endpoint.

Experience working in large enterprise environments.
