Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior IT Asset Management Executive with hands-on experience in IT Asset Management and IMAC (Install, Move, Add & Change) activities. The candidate will be responsible for managing IT hardware assets, maintaining inventory records and supporting asset deployment and movement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain IT assets including laptops, desktops, monitors and other IT peripherals.
- Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add & Change) activities.
- Handle asset allocation, tagging, tracking and reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate asset inventory and lifecycle records.
- Coordinate with users and IT teams for hardware deployment, movement and replacement.
- Manage IT asset returns and decommissioning activities.




- Update asset information in ITSM / Asset Management tools.
- Support periodic asset audits and inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of IT assets.
- Ensure timely closure of asset-related tickets and requests.

Qualification: Any Graduate Preferred Candidate: Candidates with hands-on experience in IT Asset Management, IMAC, desktop support or hardware inventory management will be preferred
