Position

We are looking for Area Sales Managers (ASM) and Sales Officers (SO) to strengthen our sales team and expand our distributor and retail network across Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and expand distributor, retailer, wholesaler, and customer networks.
- Conduct regular and productive market visits as per the assigned beat plan.
- Generate orders and drive primary and secondary sales.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising.
- Develop recent retailers and distributors in the assigned territory.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and market trends.
- Follow up on orders, stock, and outstanding payments.
- Prepare and submit daily sales and market visit reports through the company reporting system.
- Work closely with the sales team and management to achieve territory targets.

Additional Responsibilities – ASM





- Lead and monitor Sales Officers / Sales Representatives.
- Manage distributor performance and territory growth.
- Plan territory-wise sales strategies and beat plans.
- Review team performance and ensure achievement of targets.
- Train, guide, and motivate the field sales team.

Candidate Requirements

- ASM: 3–6 years of FMCG / Food Products sales experience.
- Sales Officer: 1–3 years of FMCG / Food Products sales experience.
- Graduate preferred.
- Strong knowledge of distributor and retail markets.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to travel extensively.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence mandatory.
- Candidates with local market knowledge will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period preferred.
