Position: CDP – Asian Cuisine

Job Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 3–5 Years in Asian Cuisine

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of Asian dishes as per standard recipes.
- Handle daily mise en place and ensure timely food preparation.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portioning.
- Have good knowledge of Asian cooking techniques, ingredients, sauces, and spices.
- Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Monitor stock, storage, and wastage in the kitchen section.
- Assist in menu preparation and new dish development.
- Guide and supervise Commis and junior kitchen staff.
- Coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

- Robust knowledge of Asian cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Experience in a hotel, restaurant, resort, or fine-dining setup preferred.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
