Mandatory Skills & Requirements

We are looking for passionate AI Engineers with strong expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Python development. Candidates should possess the following mandatory skills:

Core Technical Skills

- Strong proficiency in Python Programming
- Experience with Pandas and NumPy for data manipulation and analysis
- Good understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and clean coding practices
- Experience using Git / GitHub for version control

Machine Learning Skills
- Understanding of Supervised and Unsupervised Learning
- Experience with Data Cleaning, Data Preprocessing, and Feature Engineering
- Knowledge of Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA)
- Hands-on experience with Scikit-learn
- Familiarity with Model Evaluation Metrics such as Accuracy, Precision, Recall, F1-Score, ROC-AUC, and RMSE




- Exposure to TensorFlow and/or PyTorch

Database Skills
- Positive understanding of SQL
- Ability to write Queries, Joins, and perform Data Retrieval using databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL

Generative AI Skills
- Experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar platforms
- Understanding of Prompt Engineering
- Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Familiarity with Embeddings and Vector Databases

Additional Skills (Preferred for Experienced Candidates)
- FastAPI / Flask
- Deep Learning Architectures (CNN, RNN, Transformers)
- MLOps Concepts
- Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Model Deployment and Monitoring
- LLM Fine-Tuning and Agentic AI Applications

Educational Qualification

- B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Science, Artificial Intelligence.
- MCA, MSc (Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML) candidates may also apply.
