Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

AI Tool Research &

- Evaluation :

- Continuously track the AI image and video generation landscape — new model releases, tool updates, pricing changes
- Run structured evaluations of tools (Midjourney, Flux, Runway, Kling, Pika, Recraft, Ideogram, and more) against Plix's specific creative needs
- Build and maintain a living tool comparison guide for the design team.

Prompt Engineering &

- Creative Production

- Develop and refine prompts to generate product visuals, model images, lifestyle shots, and ad creatives at scale
- Build a prompt library organised by creative type, style, and output format
- Experiment with consistency techniques —
- ControlNet, IP-Adapter, reference images, style locking

Workflow Design &

- Automation

- Design end-to-end AI creative workflows that non-technical designers can follow independently
- Explore automation tools (Make, n8n, Fal.ai, Replicate, custom APIs) to reduce manual steps




- Document workflows clearly so the broader design team can adopt them without hand-holding

Creative Collaboration

- Work directly with the Head of Design on active campaigns — generating variations, exploring recent visual styles
- Present experiments and tool recommendations in weekly design reviews
- Contribute ideas to how Plix's creative identity can evolve with AI-native production
