Role Description The Articled Assistant will support Chartered Accountants in day-to-day professional work, including accounting entries, preparation of financial statements, and documentation.

Responsibilities include assisting in audits and assurance assignments, helping with GST and tax compliance, and preparing working papers and reports under guidance. The role also involves coordinating with clients to collect information, maintaining accurate records,



and ensuring timely filing of returns and other statutory documents. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, offering practical exposure to various areas of accounting, taxation, and audit.

Qualifications

- Candidate should be registered as an article under the Chartered Accountants curriculum (IPCC/Inter CA cleared as per applicable regulations).
- Strong foundation in accounting principles, taxation concepts, and audit procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with accounting and GST/tax software.
- Good analytical ability, attention to detail, and strong documentation skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and professional client-handling etiquette.
- Ability to work full time on-site in Surat, manage deadlines, and collaborate within a team.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to new regulations, and maintain high ethical and qualified standards.
