Role Description The Art Specialist role at Artnce is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role involves curating and selecting artwork for client workspaces, collaborating with design teams to integrate art into overall workspace concepts, and overseeing installation and presentation of pieces.

The Art

Specialist will coordinate with clients to understand their brand, culture, and aesthetic preferences, then translate these into cohesive visual themes. Daily tasks include reviewing portfolios and suppliers, managing artwork inventory, supporting refresh cycles for existing installations,



and ensuring all displays are maintained to a high standard. The role may also involve supporting events or presentations that showcase art in the workplace.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in visual Art and Painting, with the ability to evaluate and curate pieces for diverse workspace environments.
- Experience in Graphics and Art Direction to collaborate effectively with design and branding teams.
- Appreciation of Music and broader creative disciplines to contribute to holistic, multi-sensory workspace experiences.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, managing installations and interacting directly with clients and vendors.
- Excellent visual storytelling, communication, and interpersonal skills to present concepts and gather feedback.
- Relevant education or training in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Art History, or a related creative field is preferred.
- Prior experience in corporate, hospitality, or commercial art projects is an advantage.
