Job Summary The Area Store Operations Coordinator will assist the Area Store Manager in ensuring smooth store operations across assigned locations. The role involves monitoring employee attendance, uniform and grooming compliance, maintaining operational records, conducting store visits, and coordinating with Store Managers to ensure adherence to company policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Review and monitor attendance of store employees.

Ensure compliance with uniform and grooming standards.

Conduct regular store visits and share observations with the Area Store Manager.

Maintain attendance, compliance, and store operation reports.

Coordinate with Store Managers and HR on employee-related matters.

Support implementation of company policies and operational initiatives.





Assist in resolving routine store operational issues.

Coordination SM and project manager to resolve maintenance related issues.

Resolve payment related issues (Rent, CAM, Electricity etc.) Coordinating with Accounts team and payee partner

Ensuring and checking VM display, window display uniformity as per the standard and guidelines.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.

6-10 years of experience in retail/apparel industry.

Positive communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
