Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced ARIES Software Expert / Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience in ARIES software, oil & gas asset analysis, economic evaluation, modelling, and production forecasting.
The candidate will be responsible for providing ARIES training, technical support, troubleshooting, and analytical guidance to OVL teams, with a strong focus on US unconventional assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ARIES software training and technical support to OVL teams.
- Conduct hands-on training and guide users on effective utilization of ARIES.
- Support oil & gas asset modelling, economic analysis, forecasting, and interpretation.
- Troubleshoot ARIES-related technical, modelling, and analytical issues.
- Assist in the analysis and evaluation of US unconventional oil & gas assets.
- Support users in developing and reviewing production forecasts, reserves, economics, and asset-level models.
- Provide client/onsite support and ensure effective knowledge transfer to end users.
- Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide ARIES-based solutions.
- Prepare analytical reports, presentations, and insights for asset evaluation and decision-making.
- Ensure best practices are followed in ARIES modelling and economic analysis.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of professional experience in oil & gas asset analysis/evaluation.
- Solid hands-on experience with ARIES software.
- Good understanding of oil & gas economics, asset modelling, production forecasting, and reserves analysis.
- Experience with US unconventional assets is highly preferred.
- Prior experience in ARIES training, consulting, onsite support, or client-facing roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment.
