We’re Hiring: Area Sales Manager– LAP (Loan Against Property) with NBFC

Source of Business/Channel – DSA Channel

Location - Mumbai, Delhi, Bhopal

We are looking for professionals with strong experience in ??? / ???????? ?????, especially those who have handled ???/??????? ???????? ??? ???? ??????????. The role offers a outstanding platform to scale business in your region with strong earning potential and growth.

? Key Responsibilities:

Drive LAP sales through direct channels, DSAs, and connectors

Build and manage a robust pipeline for secured lending products

Lead, coach, and track performance of the sales team

Develop strong relationships with clients, builders, and financial intermediaries

Ensure adherence to credit policies and regulatory guidelines

Consistently achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets

? Key Requirements:





8–12 years of experience in LAP / mortgage sales

Strong network of DSAs and channel partners

Solid understanding of property valuation & credit processes

Proven track record of achieving/exceeding targets

Strong communication, negotiation & leadership skills

? Preferred Background:

Experience with NBFCs, Banks, or Housing Finance Companies

Robust local market knowledge with an existing client base
