Role & responsibilities

- Manage and drive business across Gujarat & Madhya Pradesh, with initial focus on these two states.

- Develop and manage key hospital accounts, clinicians, KOLs and distributors.

- Build robust relationships with Interventional Cardiologists, Interventional Radiologists, Vascular Surgeons and relevant clinical stakeholders.

- Drive sales through product presentations, clinical discussions, product demonstrations and case support.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration across the assigned territory.

- Manage PO generation, pricing, AR follow-up, product mix and sales targets.

- Monitor competition, market potential and customer needs.

- Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, customer service and market development.

- Travel extensively across Gujarat & Madhya Pradesh as required.

Preferred candidate profile

- Currently based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat Mandatory.

- Bachelors / Management degree or equivalent.





- 8 to 10 years of Relevant experience in Medical Devices / Specialty Pharmaceuticals sales.

- Strong exposure to Interventional Cardiology and/or Peripheral Intervention / Interventional Radiology / Biopsy / Cath Lab-related therapies.

- Present or past experience working with Interventional Cardiologists, Interventional Radiologists, Vascular Surgeons or related specialties.

- Interventional Medical Device experience preferred.

- Specialty Pharmaceutical candidates with relevant Medical therapy experience may also be considered.

- Strong experience in Key Account Management, Hospital Sales, Territory Management and Business Development.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing healthcare accounts.

- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned geography.
