- Develop and draft complete sets of drawings for (BMC) submission.

- Prepare accurate and detailed architectural and working drawings using AutoCAD and High CAD.

- Ensure all drawings strictly adhere to the guidelines and regulations of DCPR 2034.

- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure drawings are coordinated and technically sound.

- Make necessary revisions and modifications to drawings based on feedback from senior architects or municipal authorities.

- Maintain and organize all project drawings and related documentation in a systematic manner.

- Prepare reports and manage routine correspondence as required.
