Role Overview

We are looking for an Architectural Draftsperson with good technical drafting skills and experience in preparing detailed architectural drawings, including GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed GFC, working, construction and execution drawings.

- Develop plans, elevations, sections, details and architectural layouts from design inputs.

- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP and other consultants.

- Incorporate design changes and site requirements into drawings.

- Prepare drawing revisions and maintain proper drawing/documentation standards.

- Support the project team in resolving drawing and detailing issues during execution.

- Ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated and issued within project timelines.

Requirements

- Diploma/Degree in Architecture or relevant technical qualification.





- 2–5 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting.

- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD; Revit/BIM knowledge will be an advantage.

- Good understanding of architectural construction, materials and detailing.

- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.

- Positive coordination and communication skills.

Preferred

- Candidates with experience working on large-scale projects, such as institutional, commercial, residential, infrastructure, hospitality or government projects, will be preferred.

- Experience in preparing and managing large drawing sets and coordinated GFC packages is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
