Actiss Healthcare, Pune
Actiss Healthcare is a Hospital Project Consultant firm offering end-to-end services in hospital planning & design, healthcare technology planning, procurement & commissioning, and hospital Project Management Consultancy (PMC).
We're looking for a skilled Architect to join our design team and contribute to impactful, large-scale hospital and healthcare infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural design concepts, layouts, and drawings for hospital projects
- Prepare schematic designs, working drawings, and detailed construction documentation
- Coordinate with MEP, structural, and healthcare planning teams to ensure integrated design solutions
- Ensure designs comply with healthcare facility guidelines, building codes, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with clients and consultants through design development and execution stages
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with project management teams as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture
- 2+ years of experience in architectural design (healthcare project experience preferred)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, healthcare design standards, and design detailing
- Positive communication and coordination skills
Location: Pune, Maharashtra INDIA
